Health Score AI is mobile application with artificial intelligence that helps users better understand their health by analyzing lab data, food photos, and visually monitoring progress.

The app also features a chat with a virtual assistant. In addition to the app, a web app (B2C) is being developed for doctors, who will be able to interact with Mobile App (B2B) users.

The product is targeted at the US market and takes into account local privacy requirements (HIPAA, CCPA).

Task

Implement a full-cycle project, from idea to MVP. Create the logic for the mobile app within the ecosystem, using best UX practices. Create a design system and initial brand style. Design: Lending (website), Mobile app (B2C), WebApp (B2B).

Solution

Initially, it was important for me to understand the founder's idea for the product. I was given data from target audience surveys, and I conducted an analysis of competitors. As a result, in addition to the founder's main idea, I proposed a number of features that would set the app apart from its competitors and give it potential for scaling.

After identifying direct and indirect competitors, I studied their offerings and functionality in detail. I listed the pros and cons of their solutions, which I took note of.

The whole team brainstormed the product name, and after an open vote, we settled on “Health Score AI”. I also provided the team with several logo options to choose from.

As a result of the vote, this option was adopted.
